It all begins with the legendary Porfidio Extra Añejo “The Original” made from the Agave Vintage 2008. Matured for five years in the barrel, shaped by time, wood and the soul of the agave.
But for this extraordinary limited edition, his journey was to continue.
The organic Damask roses that give this distillate its mysterious floral soul come from the famous Bulgarian Rose Valley.
The roses are macerated in the mature agave spirit for several weeks and then carefully distilled one last time.
Unlike classic Cristalinos, its color is not removed by activated charcoal. Through redistillation, it becomes crystal clear, while preserving the elegance and depth of its years of aging.
What remains is the essence of three worlds:
